At Irenic Care we are a forward thinking and innovative social care organisation, we have a genuine passion for helping young people and specialise in providing exceptional quality assured accommodation for young people. In addition to our semi-independent living we also undertake respite care, urgent placement requests and medium to long term referrals for children and young people.
Our accommodation provides a safe and secure environment, the property provides a homely and nurturing environment where young people can flourish and thrive.
Our commitment and dedication to making a positive and lasting impression on our young people is demonstrated in all aspects of our business.
We have an open, honest and empathetic approach which enables us to build a trusting relationship with young people, we specialise in working with
medium to high risk young people who maybe at risk of criminal exploitation, sexual exploitation, gang culture, knife crime, county lines and modern slavery.
Our aim is to ensure inclusion, growth, engagement, development of key life skills and independence.
In addition to our accommodation we offer a transport service for children and young people, our staff are highly trained and we firmly believe in a calm and nurturing approach to de-escalate situations as this negates the need to use restraints
