Mission

At Irenic Care our aim is to safeguard, nurture, educate and inspire children and young people. We strive to ensure that each child and young person has a safe living environment and works towards having a healthy, happy and fulfilling life which meets their aspirations and ambitions.

We offer collaborative and comprehensive to support care leavers with a seamless transition to adulthood

Vision

Irenic Care is an organisation with a genuine passion to support young people who are at risk of Criminal exploitation, Sexual exploitation, Gang culture, Knife crime, County lines and Modern slavery. We offer a range of humanistic services and aim to make a positive change for children and young people experiencing family and community exclusion, who are often either on the edge of care or looked after.
We want all young people to be treated with compassion and respect, we are committed to a non-aggressive, supportive, nurturing relationship-based practice with the young persons welfare at the heart of our business
The vision is that young people will leave care as resilient, self-sufficient, aspirational individuals, equipped with the skills to achieve long-term successful independence.
